About Us

We have been established since 2008 catering breakfast boxes, lunch boxes, desserts and snacks. We are committed to healthy food and work hard to provide excellent quality products and service. Our main business is focused on catering serving biotech companies for corporate meetings, special events as well as private parties. We also offer take out foods at our retail space in Brisbane.

What we offer

• Big or small, we deliver for events as small as 1 to a 1000 persons! (Contract required)

• Cut off time is 5:30pm for next day delivery - You may check with us by email for our availability after the cut off time! (Closed on Weekends unless Special Events - You may still place your orders by email at fabrice@starboxfood.com 24/7)
• Last minute orders for the same day are always welcome (Check with us for availability)
  Cut off time is 9:30am for same day delivery (Check with us for availability)
• We welcome recurring orders
• Custom orders are available for special needs
• We DO conduct a green business with all of our packaging.
• Eco ware utensils, cups, corn starch ware, napkins are included with all orders
• We accept Visa & Mastercard, American Express for catering only

Special Dietary Needs

If you have special needs, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them. We will make a reasonable substitution when item is not available, notice may not be given.

Corporate Involvement

We value our customers and we do offer discounted prices upon contract. We also honor corporate merchant accounts such as level 2 and 3 transactions.

Deliveries

$7.95 fee applies within 3 miles of our location in Brisbane. $30 fee applies beyond 3 miles and up to 20 miles beyond our location. Contact us for delivery fee beyond 20 miles from our location.

Weekends

A minimum of 50 persons is required for any event, please contact us 72 hours in advance. A service charge of 20% will be added

Cancellations

As we work with the freshest produce, our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. Beyond this time frame, 100% of the actual bill will be charged. Menu and prices are subject to change without notice.
We will make reasonable substitutions when items are not available.
